Auto Calibration Happens, but stylus not Responding or It is behaving in haphazard manner

Open EyeRIS UI from the taskbar, click on setting icon and select Debug View, a window will open and it should look something like below image.
  • If the debug view is (as shown below), then make sure your EyeRIS is installed in the center of the projection display in case of the standard mount installation. And as close as possible to projector lamp in case of Universal mount installation.

  • Quit EyeRIS application from the taskbar and delete old calibration files and settings from C:\Users\Public\Documents\EyeRIS. Delete EyeRIS Folder. And restart EyeRIS Application. If It's not resolved, close EyeRIS Application from the taskbar and Open Sensor Viewer 3.0 from Desktop or click on the START icon and search for "Sensor Viewer.
  • In sensor viewer, make sure the board is exactly in the center of the EyeRIS view in Sensor viewer, if not try to adjust EyeRIS slight towards right or left to adjust the board in the center of the view.
