EyeRis driver says not connected

EyeRis driver says not connected

If you have connected EyeRis to your Pc/laptop but then the driver shows it as not connected please check the below scenario.


If you have any antivirus installed in the Pc/Laptop you are using, disable the antivirus and then open the EyeRis driver and check. If it says connected now make sure you enable the EyeRis driver in the antivirus you are using.
