EyeRIS IX - Shows Device not connected

Step1: Check if the cable is faulty.
Step2: Check if the driver is installed correctly.
Step3: Check if Windows OS is updated (On the search menu type windows update and update the system)
Step3: Check if the EyeRIS port is faulty.
